Say theoretically we have a team of:
1. demented shaman
2. pestilence
3. andromeda
4. predator
5. Other heroes with stacking?
say you use them all can you get like -30 armor or so? :s

lowest base armor lvl 1 is right under 1 iirc, so in theory,
-25 from demented
-15 from pest
-5(?) from andro
-12 from pred
-5 from Demonic breastplate
-6 from Sheilbreaker
thats -67 armor?
assuming there is no negative armor cap, that would probably be around 80% bonus damage.

There is no negative damage cap AFAIK, so Lego is correct

-30 with Demented if he has a SOTM.
Don't forget Soulstealer's -4 aura.
Don't forget Shieldbreaker and Breastplate.
Though you'll only have that for 1 second and then the -25/-30 will poof.

This is possible but don't forget to take into account whomever you're playing against. If they're agi they're bound to have very high armor and as soon as they see five debuffs coming at them, they're going to run away.

What's SOTM ?

Armor scales exponentially negatively and positively, i think.
So -67 armor would be atleast 100+ % damage, but the timing etc needed would be insane.

The percentage reduction of armour increase from 0 has diminishing returns, not exponential ones, and scales down from 0 with diminishing returns. Thus, if 20 armour gave 50% reduction, -20 armour would give -50% reduction.

Cherry, Staff of the Master.
Well, now I'm curious. Does armor works exactly the same way in HoN as it worked in DotA?
If I'm not mistaken, each point of armor would increase or decrease 60 points of EHP. Therefore a 67 armor would mean 67*60 = 4020, assuming a base HP of 1000 would mean a damage reduction of 80,08; or 80% as stated before. Am I right? Then, as negative armor would work the same way, would mean 80% damage increase also as stated. Makes sense. But someone teach me how to fill those holes. What's the right calculation?

Armor does not scale backward the same way it scales forward. I don't know the exact scaling formula, but I'm pretty sure that -6 armor is more of a damage increase than +6 armor is a reduction (assuming both start from 0).
Also keep in mind that damage reduction from armor is more or less linear. Remember that increasing damage reduced from 0% to 1% is much less than 98% to 99%.
EDIT: I was correct, armor scales backward faster than it scales forward.
-6 armor:
Puppet master with 3.8 base armor. Gave him 3x +10 agility items bringing him to exactly 8.0 armor. I then gave him a Ring of the Teacher and two Rings of Protection bringing him to exactly 15 armor. I then applied Pestilence's Swarm to bring him to 0.0 armor. I then attacked him with a hero wielding a shieldbreaker. This brought him to -6.0 armor, or negative 31% armor reduction.
+6 armor:
Puppet master with 3.8 base armor. Gave him 3x +10 agility items bringing him to exactly 8.0 armor. I then applied Rank 1 Presence of the Dark Lord (Soulstealer aura) bringing him to exactly 6.0 armor, or 26.5% armor reduction.
Conclusions:
Negative armor scales faster than positive armor.
-6 armor grants -31% damage reduction
+6 armor grants +26.5% damage reduction

I found both formulae. http://forums.dota-allstars.com/index.php?showtopic=67285
Positive damage reduction is ([armor]*0,06)/1+(0,06*[armor]).
Negative damage reduction is 0,94^[-armor]-1 .
Therefore -67 armor would mean the damage would be amplified by around 98%. A positive 67 armor would mean a damage reduction of 80%.
