the Physicist
Story:
With an arcane understanding of the world the Physicist can bend the universe at his whim.
Appearance:
Lab coat (somewhat similiar to Electrician), gains a slight blue/green glow when he selects the skill Radiation.
Faction: Either
Damage: 40-52 (Melee Range), Movement Speed: 300
Str: 27 (+ 3.2 Primary) Agi: 12 (+ 1.0) Int: 17 (+ 2.1)
Armor: 1.10

Skill 1: Overload
The Physicist sends a burst of energy into a unit dealing damage to units around it over time and increasing its speed.
Cooldown: 10 seconds (All Ranks)
Casting Range: 600 units
Target: Enemy Units, Enemy Heroes, Allied Units, Allied Heroes
Damage Radius: 200 units (All Ranks)
Rank 1 (100 Mana) - Deals initial 40 magic damage, deals 10 magic damage every second for 5 seconds and increases speed by 3%.
Rank 2 (110 Mana) - Deals initial 75 magic damage, deals 15 magic damage every second for 5 seconds and increases speed by 6%.
Rank 3 (120 Mana) - Deals initial 90 magic damage, deals 20 magic damage every second for 5 seconds and increases speed by 9%.
Rank 4 (130 Mana) - Deals initial 110 magic damage, deals 25 magic damage every second for 5 seconds and increases speed by 12%.
Note: If casted on an allied unit, they don't take the initial magic damage or the dot damage. They will still explode the magic damage around them and gain speed.

Rank 3 (130 Mana) - Deals 150 magic damage to all enemies, knocks all enemies back 300 units.
Rank 4 (145 Mana) - Deals 200 magic damage to all enemies, knocks all enemies back 400 units.

(Passive - Debuff lasts 20 seconds.)
Rank 1 - Attackers take 5 magic damage per hit/spell, every attack increases damage taken from his next spell by 1% stacking up to 5 times.
Rank 2 - Attackers take 10 magic damage per hit/spell, every attack increases damage taken from his next spell by 2% stacking up to 5 times.
Rank 3 - Attackers take 15 magic damage per hit/spell, every attack increases damage taken from his next spell by 3% stacking up to 5 times.
Rank 4 - Attackers take 20 magic damage per hit/spell, every attack increases damage taken from his next spell by 4% stacking up to 5 times.

Ultimate: Fusion
The Physicist fuses two enemy heroes together dealing massive damage the further they are apart as they are dragged together.
Cooldown: 160/150/140 seconds
Casting Range: 600
Target: Enemy Heroes
Drag Time: 1 second (All Ranks)
Rank 1 (250 Mana) - Max Fusion Range: 600, deals 1 magic damage per unit moved. Stuns both targets for 1 second and deals 75 magic damage when fused.
Rank 2 (350 Mana) - Max Fusion Range: 800, deals 1.1 magic damage per unit moved. Stuns both targets for 1.5 seconds and deals 140 magic damage when fused.
Rank 3 (475 Mana) - Max Fusion Range: 1000, deals 1.2 magic damage per unit moved. Stuns both targets for 2 seconds and deals 200 magic damage when fused.
Notes: It fuses the closest enemy hero to the one you cast this on. It's best used when they are far apart. If there's not another enemy hero in range it just stuns the target you cast on + stun damage.
