this guy here said he has been grieffing for 2 weeks and all his last games prior to it and he has not even got a warning.

This does not belong in Bug Reports. Just because he has not been reported under a definate violation doesnt mean that it is broken. Report him yourself, and he will be dealt with. Rejected for posting a non existant bug.
