Icon Problems

So i have a custom icon on
its a pic of Cloud
every once n awhiles it fcking changes!! WTF

accounts not getting hacked or anything
can anybody explain?

Please read the known issues and hotfixes thread before posting in this forum, as well as skim/search the accepted thread. This is a known issue and a hotfix exists. If that does not work, please uninstal, re-download, and re-install your game. Then apply the hotfix if you are still bugged.
