Looks like it happens after i play Engineer - the shop Guide section becomes corrupted.

May it be the case that you activated or deactivated the concise ability tooltips in that game? Because exactly what is shown on your picture happens for me when I do while having the Guides activated.

Well - since the short tooltips were introduced i didnt touch it.
This just happens whenever i play engi (and looks like only him).
