Hello,
Here is my spec of my kubuntu system:


Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 11.04
Release: 11.04
Codename: natty
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc M92 [Mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series
closed source ATI driver installed from repo

I downloaded installer twice and it is downloaded properly(I cannot't find md5 checksum to check). I do chmod+x and run installer and here is error that i get

you are probably using kde and/or the oxygen gtk theme.
There are some broken gtk themes out there.

check the wiki the workaround for a broken system theme exists
