Remove Random from All Pick.
We all hate it when someone randoms in all pick. If you are going to random, why not play the Random mode? They usually don't like their hero and range or quit once the game starts.
For AFK players
-Instead of the Heroes Of Newerth system just doing random for players who are away from their computer at the picking phase. The system should just pick their top played heroes starting from the highest % to the bottom. If their highest played character is already picked, it will pick the nest highest % in line and so on and so on.
This way players might not be as mad with what hero they are giving because its likely heroes they like that will be picked.
I really think this is a good idea! Feel free to comment with constructive criticism.
