Add what Staff of the Master do

i know that once u bought it, it highlights in green.
but "This ability can be boosted by Staff of the Master" isn't enough.
simply add what does it boost: range, damage, time, cooldown....

Anyway back on topic. Yes it should say what it does, it does in DotA. So I'm guessing they just didn't get around to it yet.
