Swap Button's appearance not changin after pressing it

When at the Picking Stage, if you press the Swap Button, it does not get greyed out or at least indicate that you pressed it (other than the Interface Sound).

To repeat this "bug", join a game, pick a hero and try to swap with another player. The button's state won't change.

I think it's intended because you haven't swapped yet, thus you can request multiple players for a swap.

Yeah, but the swap button for a particular player does not grey itself out. So that would mean I could still ask for more swap votes to a same player even though I haven't yet swapped with anyone.
