Our freshly formed team is looking for some aditional players to fill in our roster we currently got 4 but are looking to get abbout 8 (5 base + 3 substitutes)

Is your 1800 + MMR Requirement *required*. I guess what I'm asking is would you test an applicant prior to judging them based solely on a number. Because I'd be interested.

Below is my post, but since I see that you're also looking for a drafter...
I've been the drafter for my own competitive clan that played against all high clans back then. I've been out of the running for a while, but followed the competitive scene quite a bit.

To be completly honest, I believe that I need some practice before being up to the [high] bracket again, however I can struggle getting back to my original level playing pubs, deforming my scrim "attitude", or i could practice a bit with some decent clans.

Suit yourself really, if you feel you need a 5th for scrim/TMM, give me a shot, if you'd rather take someone that is there right now, no hard feelings!
