My bad dude, fixed it. It's just bugged into the old UI. All of the new features are missing and replaced with how it was pre-patch.

Disable mods, etc?

I actually haven't re-applied them yet since the patch, after I reapplied them the new UI changed over.
So if you had mods and get that little message that you haven't applied them to the new patch (The one that asks if you want to quit or play anyway), then the UI goes to the old one.
