Hello!

First of all, if this subject is easily answered in an obvious thread
that I missed, I'm sorry for the waste of space and time.

Second of all, cheers for an awesome webpage that simply keeps
getting better and better. It's fun to see all the small improvements
that are constantly added to the website. It's great to see that the
community is alive and thriving! :D

Anywho, I have a little question since the "search"-function gives so
many results when you look for one simple thing (which is why I'm
afraid to post in these forums, I don't want to ask questions that
actually have easy answers in stickied threads etc which would make
me seem like a blind, lazy newbie to miss such threads :P). Anyhow,
my question is as follows:

* What program would be the best one to use to both record gameplay
(since replay isn't available today), and preferably also editing the video
you make? Any nice suggestions there from any of you guys (or gals)?

And now to why the title of this thread is about the heroes-section:

* The videos of the heroes in action on the Heroes-section, to see
their abilities being used, are they merely made by the S2-team or
are they (also) distributed by players?

The reason I'm wondering is because my favourite hero to play is the
Torturer, and I tend to be rather good with him and I thought it would
be fun to see videos about him added to that page (since they at the
time writing aren't), and thus I'm wondering these two things since if
we players may send videos to be used like that, I figured I could help
with Torturer (unless someone else has already done that). :-)

Once again, sorry if this subject is easily answered in an obvious thread
I managed to miss, and I'm sorry for the waste of space and time then.

Cheers to you all, and hope to meet you all ingame sometime...not at
the same time though! Would be an epic match though, 150.000 vs 150.000!

Record it with something like Fraps.
I use ScreenFlow and FinalCut for editing.

I daresay most videos out there are user generated and not official recordings, but I don't know about the herosection videos.
