Incinerator

Once living as a daemon, the Incinerator was backstabbed by his daemon followers. Revived by the forgiving Sol, the Incinerator swears his loyalty to Sol, forever grateful, and incinerates all in his path to the victory of the Legion.

Theme :
Incinerator is a daemon that is consumed by fire. It is an entity of spreading fire, contained only by the armors forged in Hell. Incinerator has the power similar to that of the Pyromancer, and the figure similar to that of the Accursed, but bases his attacks on releasing the fire within the armor.

Role :
Incinerator's role in a team is based as a disabler. Though his skills can also be treated as good nukes, his presence in the team is mainly for his disables. His nukes come from the Pyromancer essence, but has a more disabling essence in his skills instead of just offensive skills.

Visual :
A group of armor linked with living fire. The face is a devil's armor with white gleaming eyes. Tusks potrude from the back of the face armor, extending towards the front surrounding the "neck" of Incinerator. Has gauntlets as his hands, and wields a mace on his left hand. The mace has a spear end on the bottom, and the spear end is surrounded by fire that spirals around the spear end continuously. On the other hand, Incinerator holds a curved shield that is the size of his body, and the Incinerator has no legs, and only living fire surrounds the bottom of the armor pieces.

Voices : Start
"I will fight for Sol"
Voices : Move
"If it is your wish, master"
"I will aid the Legion"
"I will march in and claim victory for us all..."
Voices : Attack
"I will incinerate all in my path!"
"Get ready to face an eternal fire!"
"The Legion shall bathe in your boiling blood!"
"Try to stop me!"
Voices : Death
"I have tried my best, Sol..."

1543 1544 1545 1546

Skills :

15431. Flaming Chains
Target Enemy + +
Mana Cost : 50/85/95/110
Cooldown : 20/17/13/10 seconds
Cast Range : 600
Area : 250/280/320/350
Cast Time : 0.75/0.6/0.5/0.35 seconds ( Wind-up )
Description : Wielding his almighty mace, the Incinerator burns all in his path with a magical flaming chains that he molds out of his own fire.
Effects :
-Deals 60/75/90/120 magic damage.
-Jumps to 3/5/6/7 enemies.
-Can jump to same target twice.
-Slows targets by 20% movement speed for 2.5/2.75/3/3.25 seconds.
Balance :
-The balance of this skill is that it does not deal a lot of damage, especially late game, dealing only 240 damage maximum, but is spammable, which is quite good due to Incinerator being an Agility hero. The mana cost is not high, therefore making this skill a spammable skill which will not consume the mana pool too quickly. The jump acts like Thunderbringer's first skill, but the slow is a bonus as Incinerator is a disabler instead of an all-out offensive spellcaster.
Synergy :
-Flaming Chains works well with a lot of Agility heroes as it is able to slow a lot of targets down, which can be efficiently picked off by heroes with quick movement speed. Flaming Whip works well as a last move for Incinerator in a team situation, as your allies can then chase them down and get the kill.

15442. Flame Thrower
Target Self with AOE

Mana Cost : 100/150/175/200
Cooldown : 40/38/37/35 seconds
Cast Range : -
Area : 300
Cast Time : 0.85/0.65/0.5/0.45 seconds ( Wind-up )
Description : Channeling his power through the armors of Hell, the Incinerator exerts his energy in his spiteful form of flame, inflicting all in proximity around him great pain.
Effects :
-Deals 30/34/38/40 magic damage per second.
-Gives Incinerator 300/340/380/400% armor.
-Has a 10/12.5/13/15% chance to stun all in target area per second for 0.75/1/1.15/1.25 seconds.
-Increases movement speed by 40/42/44/45%.
-Lasts for 3/3.75/4.25/5 seconds.
Balance :
-The balance of this skill is that it doesn't deal a lot of damage. This skill is supposed to be an escape device for Incinerator, therefore costing a lot of mana and has a long cooldown. The armor boost helps in both the situation of escaping and aso the situation of tanking heroes.
Synergy :
-Flame Thrower works well with Incinerator's build mainly, as Incinerator is a very squishy hero. This skill will help Incinerator in escaping danger, which will help Incinerator's survivability a lot.
-Flame Thrower also works well as a tank, though it would be a secondary use for the skill. The skill can make Incinerator into a temporary tank for a team, therefore receiving all damage from his allies without much health reduced, but the skill is really risky as it has a short duration.

15453. Fire Breath
Passive
Description : Born in the hottest realms of Hell, the Incinerator has the breath of fire. With fire in every breath, the Incinerator raises his fire power, making him the most powerful weapon.
Effects :
-Increases attack speed by 15/19/22/25%.
-Increases movement speed by 10/12.5/16.5/20%.
-Has a 5/7/8/10% chance to inflict Char on the target for every attack and skill that Incinerator uses.
-Char : Deals 5/12/16/20 magic damage per second, and slows movement speed by 15%. Lasts for 3/3.75/4.25/5 seconds.
Balance :
-The balance of this skill is the chances instead of instant effect of Char to be inflicted on the target enemy. The attack and movement speed bonus becomes extremely useful for Incinerator as it is an Agility hero, and the Char has a small percentage and a small slow effect, therefore making it not so powerful.
Synergy :
-This skill works well with all of Incinerator's skills as it applies in both normal attacks and skills. The chances for Char is low, but can be quite useful when succeeded to act as both an escape mechanism or a chase mechanism.

15464. Incinerate ( Ultimate )
Target Enemy + + with AOE
Mana Cost : 200/270/310
Cooldown : 160/145/120 seconds
Cast Range : 450
Area : 150/180/250
Cast Time : 1.25/1/0.85 seconds ( Wind-up )
Description : Power courses through the bodily entity of the Incinerator as he charges up for his incinerating power, sending off a heatseeker that explodes in the faces of his enemies.
Effects :
-Deals 110/180/240 magic damage.
-Jumps to 3/4/5 enemies with unlimited range.
-Cannot jump to same target more than once.
-Stuns all enemies in target areas for 3.5/4.75/5.5 seconds.
-Has a 10/12/15% chance to lower the primary attribute of all enemy heroes effected by 10/15/20%, lasting for 10 seconds.
Balance :
-The balance of this skill is the low damage for an ultimate attack, but is used more for its disabling essence. The stun is considerably long, and considering that it has infinite range to reach jump targets with an AOE damage, can be used as a last-hitter efficiently. The stun is not a channel, therefore Incinerator can deal additional damage while the stun is in effect. The chances for lowering targets' primary attribute is extremely useful as a disabler, and could allow additional damage to be inflicted. Also, the AOE damage can also hit the same targets more than once, therefore able to deal about 1200 damage to the same target if correctly timed and placed.
Synergy :
-Incinerate works well with almost all heroes as the stun and infinite range jump can stun enemies from afar. The area also adds up to the damage and stun, which is extremely useful for team situations, especially in ganks and defending your base.

hey man, I want to review your characters, but your formatting hurts my eyes. Please use the hero template, even if you don't have pics.

Seems like it would be a great addition to the game; concept of the hero, abilities, and overall synergy looks to be an overall winner. However (and in a very constructive way) I think you should change certain aspects:

-Passive seems to be too much of a boost. Maybe if it were changed to a smaller amount each (somewhere around 8~12% seems reasonable)
-Maybe he should be changed to an intelligence hero, seeing as how item-dependent he would be. Most agility heroes aren't too mana-dependent, and I think this is where Incinerator would suffer the most. Which goes into the next couple of points...
-Overall STR gain seems to be FAIR, but compared to INT gain it looks very low. Maybe you should bring INT down to maybe 2 and STR up to around 1.9 to 2.1 to help the overall balance.
-Ult looks way too OP. AoE with infinite range, massive stun duration, as well as a stat reduction...it just looks way too complicated to put into a game even as technical as HoN. I think you should change it in its entirety. Maybe along the lines of...
--AoE debuff and DoT (possibly something like -8 magic armor and 65 magic DPS for 10sec at lvl3)
--Large AoE spell (Hag's ult; and maybe to push the theme of hellfire a bit more)
--Summon uncontrollable units to attackl solely enemy heroes (Archer's passive; maybe as another way to push the "fallen hero" aspect)
--AoE magic DPS at low HP (Mock of Brilliance effect at maybe ~20%HP)
--Allied armor, damage, and attack speed buff (Valkarie's ult but with more to it)

Hope maybe my input helps stir the cauldron a bit.
