Devourer Wars: Rebirth

First of all I want to introduce you the Pudge Wars remake, Devourer Wars!

Devourer wars consists of a small map divided vertically - East and West side. 6 Devourers vs 6 Devourers (you can play 2v2 or 3v3 etc - best number in my opinion is 6v6) Between the two sides is a river.

The object is to hook the other Devourer to your side then you slaughter each other.
Some fun aspects include:
*power ups that flow by in the river (fire hook, extra gold, time warp (everyone slows down but you are extra extra fast for about 10 secs), and a weird spikey thing that surrounds you so when you hook someone, your AoE spikes dmg them more)
*the HEAD SHOT! When your teammate hooks another player, as the enemy is being dragged, you can headshot him with your hook.
*interesting items: heal as you drag your opponent, do extra dmg / distance dragged to opponent, lay a couple mines and drag your enemy to them (or toss the mines to the other side -- with a toss item obviously), suicide, and a few more.

There is no way to play it multiplayer :(
You can start it only on Practice

Well, it looks like my HoN crashes everytime I open it up in Practice Mode.
Through the console or manually, I can't get into a Practice Game. It's been happening for about 2 days now, and I've tried reinstalling it but it just won't work.

I don't know what's happening, so I'll mainly be trying out stuff without actually being able to test it.
Looking at projectile.entity right now, to add modifiers to the hook - like lifesteal and others.

General question:
Is it possible, with S2 scripting, to multiply numbers with variables? This is the current code:

And I would want to make it look like this (don't judge the syntax - just telle me if it's possible):


variable=1800*modifier;
<modifier key="Devourer_Ability2_1" modpriority="100"
speed=variable

That way, instead of repeating the same code over and over again, once for every level, you could only have 1 bit of code depending on the level of the ability or the items.

I don't think it's feasible though, as this is not C :P

Maybe if I add a <hasmodifier> tag inside each ability tag (at each level) it could work?
And define those modifiers outside the ability tags.

Sadly there is no way to multiply numbers with variables :(

Changing speed may be possible with manipulating on charges (movespeedmultiplierpercharge=".01,.02,.03") , but not 100% does it work on projectile. I'll test later.
