Yeah it's really hard to replicate.

Why were you even getting those in the first place...?

Anyway, it's known.

If you can find a replication procedure that happens to work 100% of the time, then it'll get looked into - until then, this is not important enough to get looked at.

Ok here is the replica for our dearest EE

You get 4 items. 2x red boots, Buy recepy to turn red boots into post haste.

Your hero has 350 ms

(Detailed replica)

I bought 4 chalices using the rmb function in the new shop.

I Bought 2 red boots.

Turned 1 pair of red boots into post haste by using right mouse button to click on the recepy.

Ok, through some more detailed testing, it seems to be related to the last slot (bottom-right most slot):

1) To replicate this bug, a Marchers must first be present in the last slot when you get another boots with modpriority (this includes a different Marchers, Plated Greaves, Post Haste, Steamboots, or Ghost Marchers).

If Marchers appears in the last slot after you formed a new Boots, then it won't bug out.

2) A new pair of boots with higher movement speed than Marchers (Post Haste, Ghost Marchers, Steamboots) must be created at the time that your last-slot Marchers is in your inventory.

3) Upon further investigation, if you form a lower-movespeed boots in your stash and move it from your Stash to the last slot of your inventory, clear up other slots in your inventory and buy a higher-movespeed pair of boots, it still bugs.

Ie, complete Steamboots in stash, move it to the last slot, then buy Post Haste.

4) If you move your "bugged last slot" boots to another slot and try to buy a higher-movespeed boots, the bug still persists.

Interesting Fact: If you swap a non-Boots item with the "last-slot" boots, then the bug won't occur until that specific item that took the place of the "last-slot boots" gets sold.

Current Hotfix for Players to Use:

If the "bugged last slot" original pair of boots gets moved to stash & back to your inventory, it seems to unbug. So we found a "hotfix", at least.

Thought so too, however tried it once, it didnt bug out then, then i suddenly was unable to bug it at all

I was able to replicate with ~90% accuracy after you mentioned the last-slot thing.

I tried all sorts of different approaches, so long as Marchers had that last slot & didn't get moved or consumed.

What i did was: Swap around a item (chalice) to the last spot, form the boots with the double red marcher setup.

Then it wont bug, however any further attempt to replicate the old situation in the same game instance (AKA same practice mode session), Then it wont replicate the loss of movement speed and will still sort out the mod priorities rationally

Edit: however this is not really important and doesnt need any reply :3, Ty for taking time to check on the bug ^_^

Hmm, I discovered that if I sold the Blood Chalice that took the Marchers' last-slot spot, it seems to rebug it.

In this case, my inventory also has to be full.

No, details like these are pretty important for the programmers.

It's been a long time since this was bugged, but nobody was able to replicate it on a whim until now. So consider yourself very helpful & appreciated :)

Hmm, I discovered that if I sold the Blood Chalice that took the Marchers' last-slot spot, it seems to rebug it.

In this case, my inventory also has to be full.

Didnt even think of that....
