HonReplays just released a cast of a TMM match between two 1800-2000 rated clans which was kind of interesting
HERE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xt2THjo2y-o)
Flux actually was a great addition to the team and pretty much won the game with Behemoth. What's your view on Flux in competitive play? Is it a viable hero and do you think it should be used more often?
I think I've seen it being picked up once or twice in real competitive matches.

I'd say his ult can be good of combined with tempest, behemoth or similar AoE-heroes. However, other than his ultimate, I find him quite useless...

I wish he had some sorta slight steroid tied to either W/E. Give him some carry potential, just dont overkill it.

fresh plays him sometimes on stream, but the hero is simply boring, boring to play and boring to watch

he has on W, it does his attack dmg and 120% his str in dmg on a 4 sec CD, but its quite weak still.

He needs levels, so a 1v1 lane sounds like the best option but then you're wasting that lane when you consider there's alternatives like Hag and HB.
In my (low level) experience, a well-played Flux can make positioning favourable. A well-played Hag/HB flat out wins the fight.

Wasn't he run by a competitive team a while ago, completely destroying a SS mid? Can't recall the exact match though.

I meant more like something passive, attack speed/-armor/crit/whatever. Yes, he does "scale" with his W, but on 4 sec cd its really weak.
Watched Fresh and ChubbyChris annihilate other teams with the Flux Soulstealer combo.

Kiwikid from DWI used him solo mid and crushed ss. They also combo him with mag for some great ults.
I think hes viable, just waiting to be discovered.
