I aslo think none has motivation to do it. becouse porting old DoTA has no point. Only reason I can imagine is that you have bet with someone, and it is realy far-fetched reason

There are lots of people that would like this map made. ROC dota isn't totally dead and people still play this map among other ROC dota maps.

how about you provide some proof u can actually create a proper map before asking for more money? for a good mapmaker who enjoys doing those things 200$+bonus is pretty damn nice.

I agree with flamesitck. Even if someone manages to make the map until the end of the summer, you will NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY IT. So far, S2Games does not allow you to play a multi player games with your friends. It's just no possible.

We could however use that money and bribe S2Games into making multi player possible xD I am just saying :P

Would be much easier to pressure them to get it working once there's a working map people would like to play competitively. Hell, I don't mind if they integrate it to their game and take the credit, i just want to play the map i love.

I am ... if you read the forums you'll find a few reasons for being worried, I guarantee you that.

I just don't get one thing ... why play a version of Dota when you can play HoN, which is already a version of Dota?

it's a completely different game. map is smaller,
less items less heroes far more balanced. level cap 10, faster paced game.

it's basically the superior dota.

Map editor has been out for MONTHS and still no support for it. With the changes they're still making to the game to balance things out, it's not going to be released for a very very long time...if ever.
