German Translation

At the moment the german translation is a disaster!

Many many strings missing and in the language files are so much chinese symbols that i ask me why...

So anybody has finished a german correctly translation? If not iam at the moment translate the client_messages_de.str later the other but its so much thats missing that this is much work.

edit1: i looked up for and there are many strings missing.
i will edit them and upload them when im finish.

edit2: 200lines of code translated/fixed/what ever.... sick of writing it by hand. i will code now a little tool which helps me to get it translated easier ^^
