Horrible kdr, no wards placed, and an extremely low APM. I'm guessing you're new since you have under 30 games played though, so it's not that bad. You'll improve once you gain more experience.

Btw, setting down wards helps your team whether you're a pro or it's your first game. It decreases ganks, increases your team's farm, and allows your teammates to help other lanes without dying half way there.
