View Full Version : Which controls do you use?

Hey guys.
Which kinds of controls do you use? My guess is that the majority uses the mouse but i myself prefer the arrow keys but then theres i cant reach Q W E and R.
If i can fix this then how? So that the hero ability keys is close to the arrow keys. (If possible then the attack (A) and hold (H) keys too)

I personally use: Q,W,E, and R for my abilities and have my inventory bound to: 1,2,3,4,5, and 6. Use the mouse to move and scroll the screen and last hit.
If possibly you should never click your abilities it makes it much more difficult

personaly I use wasd to move camera z for attack space for hold and 1234 for skills

I switched my hold and stop buttons, S is hold and H is stop.
WASD for Camera, 123456 for items, ERT for abilities, Q for ulti.
Works pretty nice. ;)
WASD for camera, 1,2,3,4 for abilities, Q for attack, E to stop. 3 buttons on mouse to activate inventory items.
Q - Move; W - Stop; E - Hold; R - Attack
A - Extra Skill1; S - Extra Skill2; D - Extra Skill3
Z - Skill1; X - Skill2; C - Skill3; V - Skill4
Ctrl+Q/W/E/A/S/D - Use inventory slots
For map movement I either click mini-map or click middle mouse + drag.

alt + qweasd - inventory
space - hold

Use mouse to move camera. Default for skills.
Items are bound to mouse side buttons (shift, ctrl modifiers as well). I can always have one hand by H/QWER, while I got fast access to item skills as well. I like it.

For everything. Scroll with mouse. Using inventar slots and skills with default settings. Works absolutely fine.

wow some of the combination's people use a weird lol. I just use the default ones, they work pretty good.
I don't get people using W,S,A,D for camera, Why give yourself more work when u can control it all, faster and more accurate with the mouse.

Q S D F for spells
A for attack
Z E R for extra spells (for SS nukes)
T for stop (i don't use hold position)
Mouse extra 1 and 2 buttons for fast inventory macros
W X C V for the other inventory slots

Mouse 5 for Zx4 (Panda)
Mouse 4 centering camera to character
Mouse 6 to 9 with rude text macro when i rage

People gave me **** for posting about it, but I made a post about what has changed the way I play completely, its totally awesome, and yes it costs some cash.

But I'm sure most people here have expensive gfx cards and razer mice so its all just equipment.
I've changed the setup a bit but I'm sure you get the idea.

a/s/d/f - Camera Left/Down/Up/Right
q/w/e/r - Skills
Alt + q/w/e/a/s/d - Items
g - Force Attack
h - Hold
j - Animation cancel
I'm thinking of moving hold to 'g', attack to spacebar, and animation cancel to 'h'.

Default except
Hold = space
Mouse, QWER and Shift as normal.
ASD for first 3 items.
F as Hold.
Space to Taunt.
Mouse button 5 to Talk.
