I did it like that for 2 reasons:
1, In pub games it looks better (because it is near in the center)
2, It backs up the ending draw-lines.

Allright, Im looking for a Valkyrie themed account icon. Heres a picture of her concept art for example: Valkyire (http://fullhon.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/Valkyrie1600x1200.jpg)

I would prefer a legendary valkyire themed icon, but couldnt find a good picture. I would like it to be blue based, lightblue like the diamond colour. A nice border would also be nice, and maybe a blueish background. The image of valk/legendary valk can be different from what i linked, as long as it fits the whole theme.

Crop it from the right and go as far left as you can, should be able to get most of it. Add round border and w/e will make it look nice.

Instead of the light blue background, can you make it complete black to improve the contrast?

Just a personal opinion: Windows XP - themed icons are so windows XP. I feel like they're "Outdated". You should look in to my template, might be helpful. I'm using a lot of layer-based effects though and masks.

The thing with the image is clearing the background, because the background has the same shades/colours as the picture so some things can be removed. i tried to manually remove background so here it is.

I need some help with imJukin, i cant get that border he wants :/

Its saved as a .png imJukin which means the transparency remains. i've heard problems about the ingame CAI sometimes altering the picture although S2 deny it. if it happens again i'm afraid there is nothing we can do.

i have heard rumors that S2 are going to patch it so you try again or wait until "said" patch perhaps comes or not.

i can't be held responsible if it doesn't work. Thanks :)

I'm looking for a stylized Omega (the capital greek letter) to go with my name! I found two images that I like a fair bit.

I like the proportion to this one, but the color is not the greatest (I'd like gold to go with my shield ;)) If the background were a lot darker (nearly black, but keeping that cool texture) and the symbol were gold, it would be Sweet!

This is really good, but I would much prefer if the background were a black marble, rather than a grey marble. Would it be possible to make an icon out of this, with the background made significantly darker (similar to the HoN website black background (before anything loads, and on the sides)) Additionally, the reflection is a little too pronounced on this picture.

OR, what is probably even better is if anyone has any ideas :) I've seen some pretty awesome stuff come out of this thread. Looking for something fairly minimalist, golden omega (3D and shiny if it can be) on a dark background (some sort of textured black would be awesome).

No text required (the image should get the message across)! :)
