Frankly with the Pub games you get people that only want to win, Although winning is a great thing most people want to learn. As I do, what I have Found is that in Private games it was a much more relaxed feel and you could just have fun when you were learning about your hero. And I wish to bring communion to fellow players that do not have any Friends that wish to join them in game.






What I propose is that we add all who want to participate on to our friends list, on Xfire, Steam, Skype, What ever the hell you want the program to be even in game if you feel like it. So that we can have an Easier time setting up games where all the new players and Mentors/Mentees or just people that want to have a Non-Competitive match just for fun can join in and have fun for 30 min.






My Friends (Sh03, and Philophoser) and I wish to do this. We allready have about 3 other people ready to participate but we still do not have enough for any 5v5 game. If you wish to join in Add me on your friends list, Or add me on Xfire (darkness121 - Yay for me being emo afew years ago :D)






If we get enough people I am willing to pay for a Vent/TS server for our own uses to set up diffrent matches.

Note: I have been asked if it was fine if they started their own game for the training ground and my answer is Yes! I cannot be on all day and all the time so I would be happy if you were to take over for one game. If you wish to do so just add some of the people in this post and talk to them in game so that you can start up a game of your own.

But the average psr so far has been from 1300-1500 (Yes Blarfles you are Above that >.>) But we have some true beginners where we are teaching them the ropes and the strings of the game. We auto Balance every private game to make it fair regardless of affiliation. The only thing we do not AB is Mentor and Mentee. If they wish to stay togeather they are togeather.

I love this game but I just play it for fun, with no aspirations towards being a pro. I've got almost 200 games, so I do know a bit of what this game is about but I'm certainly not a good player. I'm so incredibly tired of abusive people who ruin my fun by insulting or creating "noobs only" games in order to massacre and taunt newbies and get easy wins.

I would love to patch up my stats and psr too! =P Recently had a huge lose streak. mostly because of teammate ragequit. a couple times because of feeders, and about 2 times cuz i played bad.

Anyway, i'm pacific time gmt -8. I am willing to mentor, although I'm not great player and i am not as good at HoN as I was in dota, I still have the basics down and I'm a pretty decent player. I've been hanging around 1750-1850 psr including my lose and win streaks.

We have a few Europeans in the guild as well, you can probably find some Euro TGM games if you look for them. I think Maizuki is European.

@Anari, please don't do EM. We're trying to train people, if you make the games EM we're training them bad habits. Playing EM is the exact opposite of what we're trying to do, it's one of the few cases where practicing will actually make you worse at this game.

I'm a COMPLETE newbie to HoN, and I ran for the hills after playing DoTA just ONCE. Since they never even taught you the recipes! Ouch my head hurt for those ones... Anywho. Feel free to add Moofin in-game or whatnot. If a vent ever goes up, I may be there. It would be nice to learn. Unfortunately my timezone is PST, which is GMT-8, aannnddd I can't really play until after 8-9 o'clock at night. Thanks for doing this, though. Most of the people who join the Training Grounds games end up joining TGM but for the most part they are exclusive. Anari runs the TG games when he can. TGM is for anyone willing to work as a team.
