New Clan Recruiting

We are looking for some decent players around 1800+. We need a good solo side-lane for when we tri-lane, a backup solo mid, and a backup all-arounder/carry.

Some Info:
If you are planning on joining, you need to be active. This should be the primary game you are playing. No "I need to go raid in WoW or in Rift". You will be expected to be online most nights during the evening hours. On that note, we realize a lot of people work until 6 pm then go home and eat dinner. Therefore we would like to get people logging in around 7:30 pm Pacific Standard Time. If you are on the east coast, well then you should be on a little earlier obviously.
You need to be able to converse in English and a microphone is required. Using said microphone is also required. We dont like to have to look at a chat message to find out the pebbles was missing from middle lane, etc.
You need to have good manners and be able to critically analyze why games were lost. We expect everyone to give and take criticism so we can all learn from our mistakes and become better players.
Experience with a Tri-Lane is helpful but not necessary. Its rather easy to teach.
I will also be looking for 1-3 back-ups once the roster is filled.
Preferred method of contact is in-game or feel free to reply in this thread and I'll get back to when I'm not busy.
