View Full Version : How can I get a refund from S2 games?

I was a heavy dota player back in the days. Now that hon and lol is out, I wanted to give both a try. Oh boy hon, no wonder makes enough money in a month that your staff can't make in a lifetime. AND their game is free rofl. Seriously you guys have incredible graphics, and.... thats about it. Next time you advertise this game, make sure to put 90% of community is small dicked angry illegal brazilians who are just downright awful at everything they do but soccer rofl. Not to mention your awful server lags, and 50% chance to actually start a Match making in a day. I will be copy n pasting this forum in all areas till I get a ban or till I get my refund that I fully deserve, k bai bai expired game.

a ban maybe a refund ? no. do one.
I suggest you read the ToS on products you purchase

This, I'm afraid.
Refunds are handled via customer service (support@heroesofnewerth.com).
However if you read the terms of service (http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/tos) section 12:
12. Refunds.
No refunds will be provided that are requested more than 30 days after original purchase date. During open beta and retail launch you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase and a refund will be granted only if you DID NOT login and access the game client.
You are most likely not eligible for a refund.
