Fix the Chat server once and for all!!

for Days i havent been able to connect to the chat server, did not find any games of servers.. omg what wrong with u ppl??

Stop adding crap to the game and try to fix these issues intead!
ppl are leaving HoN because it almost not playable anymore, servers are down all the time..
