Those pings don't look too bad. Could you post a screen shot of the pings to public servers in-game?

If you are having troubles with taking a screen shot, the function F5 takes a screen shot and saves it to "C:\Users\[Username]\documents\Heroes of Newerth\game\screenshots".

Have the pings become higher recently?
