Here's what happened.

User 1 makes a stupid thread, I move it into the Quarantine.
User 2 (this guy) remakes User 1's thread wondering how long it will take for us to delete it (thereby signifying he KNEW it was against the rules). I infract him and move it into the Quarantine.
User 2 then makes another thread about it. Banned from forums.
User 2 now gets on another account and makes more threads... hmm. Course of action? _-_
