first of all think of it like this you can't just hire amateur programmers and expect them to run the security on anything defense related get it. the best defense comes from a good offense good story short spend a little money on a pro programmer someone who actually knows what they're doing example knows how to hack but at the same time is using it for good causes possibly someone with hacking experience trust me it'll help not that i'm encouraging hacks. just look at the anti-virus softwares they hire the greatest hackers to create viruses to ensure it's stability in return they can also get rid of it. one last thing most definitely it's very important to actually have someone working on informing the HoN community 24/7 that is what you call good customer service and reliability. satisfaction gauaranteed think of it like this you can't expect to see hundreds of poses per month on the same issues.
