This, and the fact that you're aiming to respond more responsibly and professionally to your customers will really help in making a better, more positive atmosphere both here on the forums and in-game. :)

Why was my thread about Ninja_Style moved to that section? He didn't have moderator status/green name at the time of posting and I simply asked what happened to him and people started trolling me..so that gets my thread moved?

He seems to be back now though, maybe he was working undercover

I have returned to Asgard at long last and all misunderstandings have been resolved. Still, it's nice to know someone was worried about me. ;)

The new forum changes constitute a great step in the right direction. Once the connectivity problems have been adressed, this place will have a chance to flourish.
