This is not a troll post. It is post from your angry customer. Im not going to take it in polite manner because it is enough. Im done.
1) Rules.
Trolling.
Some members of your staff are breaking your own rules by trolling to make feeling they are just same "humans" as players. They are not. They are privileged abusers.
Griefing.
Who the **** you think you are. You are tracing me to play something what is already lost because stupid retards lost game and wont concede ? So is massbuying couriers griefing because i wont play something which is waste of time and i cant leave because leaver system ? Funny you.
Next time you are going to implement rule that i cant breath while im playing.
2) DDoS attacks
I dont care about your technical problems. You think that real company can just excuse that it doesnt work ? Compensation is needed. And no double coins is not compensation.
3) ToS
I can spit on your ToS. It means nothing in my country. I can break this stupid "rules" anytime i want.
Summary
Stop this hypocrisy. Make logical decisions while banning. Keep in mind that this is remake of very old game with linux client. A lot of sysadmins, programmers bought this because its from their childhood. As you could notice there are people with big botnets and knowledge. There is no point to attack you while you are doing good. But once you make us sick. We are going to be swift and brutal in our judgement.
P.S My respect to Michael Kirzinger. You should move away from this company.
