S2; Communities Best Interests

Everything that S2 does, should be in the communities best interests. Now, saying that; everyone is different and is going to have their own opinion about different things that S2 does as a company, but S2 really needs to open their eyes to the people that are laying down actual facts and instead of silencing these people. They need to learn to take this criticism and use it to make a better game, there are a lot of positives coming out of this game, there isn't as many negatives but in the communities eyes, the negatives out weigh the positives.

Listen to the community, they're paying your bills.

That's a good point, but in order to listen to the constructive criticism from the community, they have to weed out the garbage first.

Its not the criticism that S2 has a problem with, its the manner in which its delivered. This game has an infamously hostile community, and they are attempting to rectify the situation for the good of everyone. It is far easier to listen to the community's criticism if it is formatted in a well thought-out post that backs up its points rather than the myriad threads I see on a daily basis (or used to) that basically amount to "Silhouette OP 600 autoattack range relentless salvo OP gg nerf please".

The community makes plenty of well written criticism.

The problem is they don't want to hear that criticism. They don't want to hear any at all.
