The GXL LAN Tournament is held in Millville, New Jersey on October 30 - November 1st. Details are still being worked out regarding a prize pool and entry for the event. But get situated and signed up for this event guys. It is going to be an amazing lan. Also we have the support of s2 games for some giveways and good things to come.

For those of you who are not familar with HoN...you may have heard of DotA! Heroes of Newerth is a new game that has been developed by S2Games and is aimed to be a more perfected version of the Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne mod, DotA.

Rules are as provided:

Format: - 5 players each side
- No same heroes

Draft - With no Captains mode built into the game the draft is to be done in chat before the match starts, and the Match mode is AP.

Teams can decide between themselves who goes first, if not an admin will toss a coin for them.

Each team can ban 3 heroes in alternating order: 1/1/1/1/1/1
The Team that bans first, picks first.
Teams will then do picks: 1/2/2/2/2/1

Im interested in going to this, im only about 1hr 10 mins away. I'm driving so might be able to pick up people in the area. I live in southeast PA. Looking to form or join a team, have alot of dota experience, those from the comp dota scene might recognize me. Any teams being formed anywhere? I don't see any threads or anything where people have posted recently about team formation. I'm looking to go but don't have a team..

Had some issues with no LAN capabilities and some overlap with other tourneys so there was only 3 teams and we did round robin. Clan LUV got first place, there should be a shout cast up on e-rev at some point from what I understand.
