First off, I didn't know where to post this so if its wrong pls redirect.
So my problem. At an Tmm game (ID: 41029821) i had some problem and restarted HoN during a pause. I came back and then almost imidiately got disconnected and my hero deleted without doing anything. I got a message that said something like: another individ has started a game on this account (I cant remember the whole thing since i clicked it away for try to rejoin as fast as possible). I have never shared accounts or left any of my info out to anyone so I don't know if its a server problem or a hack. Either way i hope u can fix it, cause it really feels lame to get leaver % and minus mmr for something u didn't do. Btw i was Chipper.
