Can't Access Alt hero Skins

Regardless of clicking on alt heros I've unlocked it refuses to actually select them just staying the normal variant. While not game breaking it's very frustrating as I worked hard to get the coins to use them and its kinda like a kick in the nuts upon reaching the end of the rainbow

you are not trying in practice right since you cannot select alt skins in practice - cant spawn them atm either

otherwise please d/l latest installer and re-install
