Troubleshooting wizard didn't have the answers

I keep getting disconnected from the chat server every 30 seconds which makes joining a matchmaking game impossible. Because of this I am unable to join a TMM group because I always get kicked/dropped because of the chat server issue.

When solo MM the timer keeps going up but doesn't actually DC me from the queue, it will just keep going until i manually click off it.

I've seen other posts similar to mine and they get directed to the help page, but I have been on there and looked and couldn't find anything related to what I need to help me. This started happening recently, yesterday and the last patch was last week so I didn't think it was a patch issue.

Hmm. Ok. Please also do http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/wiki/index.php/Elementary_FAQ#How_do_I_conduct_a_traceroute.3F and the same thing but with "tracepath" rather than "tracert".

At some point in your pathping you got 100% packet loss. Either your ISP has to fix that or the problem will fix itself after someone recognized that these nodes are broken.

so is there anything I can do aside from just waiting it out? because if i was to phone my isp I wouldn't have a clue what to say to even attempt to get it fixed..

You could send them your pathping so they can see where the problem exists.
