Store connection problem

Hi

I've been searching and searching for a place to post this, and i found this place most fitting.....

Lately i've been experiencing problems with the new store in game, this only happens in stated games though (stated public and match making). Whenever i open the shop it says "Connection Error; please try again", it's the new guides that it cannot "connect" to, which gives me no recommended items, and im not pro yet so it's necessary for me..... I just get that stupid "hey it's me blacksmith" -.-

Also when I've won or lost a game i can't see the previous match stats, no matter what. I've reinstalled and searched all over the internet with no luck. I'm so frustrated and i really hope someone can help me in some way
