Alchemist bones vs Ophelia creeps

I might have missed this in some patch over the course of time, but before the alchemist bones change and in dota it was sometimes picked up to counter Ophelia with her creeps, in pub games. But yesterday I tried to use bones on the enemy ophelia's creep and it wouldn't work, saying the target was invalid. Intended change?
