Hmmm, have korean mode and no japanese Mode. Why? I really want it desperately because My english is not good. Most of My friends aren't playing this game because They can't speak english at all. They said the game looks interesting. Umm so, Minding add japanese mode? I wanna play with My rl friends.

find a friend with very good english and have him offer translations, that is how you will have the option to set the language to that :)
because no japanese translated?

probably because barely any japanese play dota. they probably looked at the countries that actually played it and will translate for them.

Ummm, That's quite true. DOTA is japanese translated thought only some of hardcore netizens play it..... But iwant it :(

There are Japan servers but no option to set it as the language? Weird.
There are even Japanese servers, maybe missing a beat here. It doubt it would be that hard to find a bilingual Japanese/English fan to help to some translations.

When I was a kid I didn't speak English. Playing computer games in English taught me the language.
If everything is translated for you, you'll have a hard time learning anything. This is why the French in particular are very bad at English.

I can speak Japanese and English but translating the whole game would take a while. Also there is a Japanese site call HON wiki, web page http://wikiwiki.jp/hon/ check it out :)

I would also like to help with translation for a Japanese language pack.
At the moment, im learning Japanese and know only the basics, so it's a excellent exercise for me to learn moar!

Download Japanese movies with English subs. You will learn a lot faster. It worked for me. (I learned English that way)

You should probably make your own thread about this or personally contact them, it would probably be more efficient and more likely to yield better results.

I think they want only english for now, but they let people translate with the community forum.
In my opnion, they will not pay for translations since people are already translating it, but if they need, they may pay some other company for an official translation,
but instead of paying people, s2 could give some awards to users like shields or badges.
