Flux's Magnetic Surge

I just tried Flux in practice and the Magnetic Surge was dealing Magic Damage instead of the Physical Damage named in the tooltip.

I used mystic vestments and ringmail, dropping and picking them and checking the damage done.

- W is also Magic
