Balphagore would be replaced with a generic irishmen. His weapon is no longer a large axe but is instead a large broken bottle to be used in the coming bar fights.

:balp: Demonic Pathogen - Instead of Balphagore's trademark laugh when he uses this skill now the Irish Balphagore belches loudly since all the alcohol in his stomach is producing extra gas which must be released.
:balp: Corpse Conversion - After Irish Balphagore has eaten corpses to try to soak up all the alcohol in his stomach he will not summon Balphagore's hell minions but instead will summon Leprechauns that will join Irish Balphagore in his bar fighting.
:balp: Hell on Neweth - After enough enemies piss off Irish Balphagore by using skills near him he will no longer yell, "Hell on Newerth," across the map, instead he will scream, "The Luck O'The Irish!"
