f keys not working

i am using mac os x 10.6.6 iMac wireless keyboard .i have to prs fn + f1 for select hero i was able to use F1 before i change my keyboard shortcuts in game now i have to hit fn+f1 for select hero... Also i cant macro on F keys reinstalled heroes of newerth but it didnt solve the problem can anyone help me about this?

try deleting the folder where the settings are stored - see my sig

Maybe you accidentally changed the setting in "System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys".
