Use of friendly target items with Empath ult

This is a very minor suggestion and it is more of an ease-of-use functionality. :empa:

Normally, these items when double tapped will use it on your own hero.
However, when you are inside someone using Empath's ultimate, it will not work on your host.

i wrote a thread like this in GD when she first came out, but it got lost to the masses :P
hope it goes through!

edit: sometimes it is really hard to select your host for a spell in the heat of battle with everyone around (especially with the fps drop that sometimes happens in fights... would work wonders)
