Can there be a option for new players to play against new players, i have been 1700+ psr and wen i reset my main account i keep getting new players and have not been able to get past 1600.

If your 1700+ you shouldnt be stuck under <1600 after ~500 games.

If you're above your current bracket in skill, you should be able to carry yourself to your skill level.

check your last 4 games and tell me if you were the best player in your team.

Play with friends is the only option but if u were 1700+ and u cant reach it , it means u got carried till the 1700.
