Ophelia Guide?

So I'm a pretty average player, and I've been wondering about playing Ophelia. She seems like a completely different type of hero from all the rest, with her command spell 'n' all. And frankly, the few "guides" I searched up were worth less then the 5 mins it took me to scroll through them and the comments.
So, if anyone could either write up something about Ophelia, or even just give me some tips on how to use her (Like item build, do I jungle 'n' such), it'd be much appreciated ^_^

Ophelia is one of the harder heroes to play because much of her power comes from the abilities inherent to creeps she can control (such as the minotaur's AOE stun), but in that vein she's hard to be very effective with because you need control your position as well as your creeps position and must toggle between them and yourself in order to utilize their abilities as well as yours to the fullest.

That said, she's awesome as hell if you can pull it off.

EDIT: And get a whispering helm for added hilarity, as the dominated creeps with that gain the HP boost from command. And 4 minotaurs with 2s AOE stuns on seperate cooldowns is rage inducing fun for the whole family.
