Aluna's Global interaction with assists

Legionnaire is the only hero in proximity of magebane who has dealt magebane damage, Aluna (me) globals magebane to 6 health, magebane dies to a legion melee creep. The way the game generates kills when only 1 hero has done damage to the killed player was applied and legionnaire was awarded the kill. Aluna was not awarded an assist. This seems buggy.

Legion should have got the kill with both getting assists since you did over 10% of his health.
