Morphus

Human like creature walking on its four legs, can stand and walk on his two legs but runs around on four. Looks like an hairless wolf pale blue. He morphs his arms into giant claws while attacking. I'm unsure of what he could say but here you may come in and come up with something great. Only thing I know is that he should sound like beast speaking out.
Story (Need reworking)
Morphus is a type of beasts that morphed into humans to prevent themselves from being slained by the legion. When the legion noticed this they started to slain them even if they looked like humans. When one of them did show that they were able to be communicate and being peacefull. The legions threw out a suggestion that they should be allied and the Morphus agreed for it's own survival.
Role
Morphus are a short disable, armor breaker, stunner and dots.
Stats
Morphus is an swift attacker which may cause high amount of damage, he is swift but wont survive for any long time.

Morph him! (Active)
Morphus jumps his enemy provoking his morphing abilities to his enemy, making the enemy a image of Morphus which assists him for a short amount of time. Morphed enemy will attack enemy units and cannot be attacked by allies of Morphus.
This is an target ability, Morphus jumps and enemy from range making it morphing into an image of morphus himself. Allies cannot attack him from preventing a too good disable. The hero will work just as an normal image for the time limit given. Example, unit is morphed and attacks his former teammates until time limit runs out and hero regains control. Targeting spell
Mana cost: 50/100/150/200
Cooldown: 30/20/15/10 sec
Time of effect: 3/4/5/6 sec
Range: 350/400/450/500Morphed status: Becomes image of Morphus, auto attacks his original team, cannot receive dmg from Morphus's allies.
Visual: Jumps fiend and morphs him into himself.

Pierced blade (Active)
Morphus morphs himself into piercing blade flying trough the enemies armor applying broken armor status. The target receives a medium amount of damage.
Well this can be used together with “Morph him!”, “Havoc” and “Morph Blade”. Well generally he morphs himself into an blade that fly trough the air hitting and enemy and breaks their armor while causing minor damage. Targeting ability.
Mana cost: 75/125/175/225
Cooldown: 15/10/7.5/4.5
Time of effect: 3/4/5/6
Damage: 50/75/100/125
Range: 500/600/700/750 (Moves fast almost like a blink)
Broken armor status: Nullify armor. Both melee and Magic armor.
Visual: Morphs into a blade fly trough the air into the target returning to normal form.

Havoc (Active)
Morphing into a giant hammer slamming to the ground causing aoe stun and low damage. Damage effect reduces the further away the units is.
You use this spell together with pierced blade to be able to cause a team fight opener. The closer to the impact of havoc the more damage they will take. Stun is consistent though. This is an non target ability you just push the button then he slams the ground.
Mana cost: 100/125/175/200
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10
Stun effect: 0.5/1/1.5/2 sec
Aoe range: 400/450/500/550
Damage: 50-140/80-190/140-230/180-270 (The closer to impact point the higher the damage.)
Visual: Morphing into a hammer slamming the ground.

Morph Blade
Morphus turns into a swirling blade that swirls around the targeted unit. Both enemies and allies may be targeted. Enemies will take damage from morph blade while damaging units in close range. Allies will have a swirling blade around them not taking damage.
This is an target-able skill meaning that he may target enemies or allies. It causes some fair damage he may take damage if they are able to target him while in this state, but no effects like stuns may be applied. This synergies well with his other skills being able to stun, disable, break armor and then cause high amounts of damage. Effect will go out if target dies or time runs out.
Mana cost: 200/300/350
Cooldown: 160/100/70
Time of effect: 6/8/10 sec
Aoe damage: 150/175/200 per sec (50% to targeted enemies)
Visual: Spinning around the targeted hero, with an wide blade.
Staff of the master will boost this ability:
Reduces damage reduction to the targeted enemy from 50% to 25%. And increasing base damage of attack to 175/200/225.
Item suggestions
I would think that staff of the master is an sure vote, but phase boots amplyfing his hit and run usage, Elder parasite getting health back while doing imense swift attacks, Any mana regenetive item that can help you going from full mana to 0 on a second. After that hack and slash and geometers bane would be nice, boosting your attack dmg, speed and being able to cripple the fiend thats pretty good. Geometers bane you could use to be able to run away.

Final notes
His high mana cost makes it soo that you have to focus on mana regen almost more than agi to be able to do more than 3 abilities and then dying. Thats also a reason for why his attacks causes that kind of damage. I tried to balance his skills to synergy and to not become to OP. His ult may become to strong. But I hope that people like the Idea at least.
