How to use scouts wards!
Ignore the silence aspect, and simply plant them right next to neutral creep spawns so one team has no neutrals. In a non EM game this gives a great farming advantage to one team. These wards are also used for vision throughout either sides creeps, and vision of either top or bottom runes.

The ward that the minimap box is over, is on the second level of the cliff, it gives vision of the top run spawn and stops the creeps from spawning. To place this ward you either need 2 tangos, or a hatchet. I personally use hatchet since it is free and is just simply amazing on melee heroes.
All 5 of these wards placed by scout himself (free) stop every camp of creeps from spawning on the respective side, while giving good vision. There are small changes you can do, i just made this to show people. And if you think these wards can be killed off easily, you are wrong. Scout basically has permanent invis and can place wards while invis, and some of these wards cannot be hit by melee heroes, only ranged. If they are killing the wards, well, kill the hero and put them back up.
