chat channels dissapearing

I am currently experiancing some problems about the chat channels.
I've joined a couple of major channels (EG, SK, clan recruitment, ect.), and a couple of days ago about half of them dissapeared.
When I type /who <my nickname>, it says I'm already connected in those channels.
I tried to recconnect, but it didn't work. Every time I log back into the game, there is a chance that one, or more channels will dissapear.

I deleted the auto-connect channels and rejoined them, as it was the only way to actually participate in the chat.
The problem is still there though.

Keep a max of 4 autoconnected channels at all times.

It's a known bug and S2 doesn't know the exact issue yet.
