Zephyr Non Radiance Build?

Are there any Zephyr item builds that dont revolve around him sitting in the jungle half the game farming radiance

I've seen a Zephyr just stack aura items (played kinda like a support/tank) and it worked pretty well :p

Frostfield Plate, Astrolabe and Demonic Breastplate.

Slows work exceptionally well on him (it keeps them in tornadoes range). Because of that, it's also viable to rush one of the 3 major slow items: nullfire blade (better ganking and purge is useful), frostwolfskull (tank) and frostfield plate (tank, less useful after agi swap).

You'll still need to farm though.

i like to play him with chargedhammer and db(curiass) or just a some other attackspeed item (hand of midas i.e. dunno hon name :P ). pb + hob 1st ofc
since he is agi and u get focused anyways most of time u fell like zeus himself blastin all thos lightings around u, and ofc he proccs tl pretty often.

He farms almost as well without it and I've been able to field early skadis, early butterflies, etc, in the 20-23 minute range rather than radiance.

You can build anything, radiance just speeds up the farm even more.

worked out pretty well although ill change Helm to Shaman Headress since i already have wind shield for melee

It makes no sense NOT getting a radiance, as this hero has so much synergy with it. A variation you can give here, is "when" you are getting it.

I don't see why Zephyr even synergises that well with Mock since he already has inbuilt evasion with his skill which won't stack, you are only getting some more aoe damage...is it really that great? Sure go for it if noone else is suitable to carry it but I agree there's other items he could go for that could be more potent.

Frostwolf's skull:
- gives 30% MS slow and -20 AS
-> they are more often hit by cyclones
-> you can do more attacks

- increases all attributes by 25 and boosts health/mana
-> health goes from 1200 to 1900 (by level 16)
---> you cank tank more, allowing your cyclones to be active longer
-> mana goes from 600 to 1100 (by level 16) and mana regen increased by 1/sec
---> the mana regen lets you hit the breakpoint for keeping wind shield up 24/7 without mana loss.
-> Increases damage, AS and armor a bit (armor reduction goes from 30% to 40% at level 16)

Mock of Brilliance:
- huge boost to auto attack damage
-> great vs static (stunned/slowed) heroes
- big boost to farming
-> allows you to get your next item faster
- does good DPS in battles (will increase your DPS more than frostwolf's skull)
- is 1000 gold cheaper, but consists of more expensive parts

Note: mock doesn't give evasion anymore.

I went Helm -> Mock -> Wingbow ->Doombringer. I was farming the whole game and carried in the end. No-EM, but some of the opponents are noobs. Mock has never failed me.

It does not scale - its an item that adds raw that that doesn't scale. Any other item you buy like Flayer, Shieldbreaker, Runed Axe scales and is useful the entire game.

I haven't got a chance to try it yet, but I'd have to say that diffusal blade would be great on him now that he's agi. It synergizes extremely well with his ult since it now actually slows opponents.

HE is making a generalization, mock on ANY hero does not scale, and it is agreed that it doesn't, because it has nothing about it which scales into lategame. Getting mock on zephyr is like getting mock on madman now... just... no.

Illusions spawn cyclones, but good luck getting kills with 33% damage.

Now that Zeph is agi, why would you buy Mock as a core? Use your jungling ability to become a ridiculous semi-carry instead. Shieldbreaker, Nullfire, Wingbow... you COULD even buy a Flayer if you really want to, since your farming power is absolutely regoddamndiculous.
