Server crash

Hi, when I was playing HoN a couple of weeks ago I was in a MM game adn suddenly i get dc'ed. And when i finally can reconnect all of team is dc'ed and the opposition is pushing our baracks. Now you think they conceded when i was dc and then they dc'ed but i whatched replay and all of my team "timed out" at the same time and they were not my friends so we were not on the same network or anything but we all got dc'ed and lost 20 mmr because of it and i dont think it's fair to loose 20 mmr because you server lags or something.
We were playing on Server: FR 43, and the match ID is 35204349
I hope you read this and make right the wrongs that happened since im not the only one who lost mmr.
